Employment-Based Services

H-1B Visas

We guide U.S. businesses in obtaining temporary visas for foreign workers who hold specialty occupations, ensuring that talent acquisition is smooth and compliant.

Facilitating intra-company transfers, our team helps businesses position key managerial or specialized knowledge personnel across borders.

Our office assists U.S. businesses in the labor certification PERM process for their foreign workers who are members of the professions holding advanced degrees (“Masters or their equivalent”), and individuals who because of their exceptional ability in the sciences, arts, or business will substantially benefit prospectively the national economy, cultural or educational interests, or welfare of the United States, and whose services in the sciences, arts, professions, or business are sought by an employer in the United States.

Our office assists U.S. businesses in the labor certification PERM process for their foreign workers who possess a U.S bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent and can demonstrate that a baccalaureate degree is the normal requirement for entry into the occupation. Education and experience may not be substituted for a baccalaureate degree under this category. The PERM Process is extremely complex. Our office works with the employer and employee to establish the details of the job that the employee is being sponsored for based on DOL regulations and realistic business practices and examines the employees educational and job experience to ensure that the worker being sponsored possesses the job requirements when accepting the offer. We assist the employer in the filing of the Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD), the recruitment process to test the market and the filing of the 9089 PERM application.

Our office assists U.S. businesses and individuals who have received the certified PERM from Department of Labor in the filing of the immigrant petition on behalf of their foreign workers.  This is the first step in obtaining lawful permanent residence in the United States.

Our office assists foreign workers and their spouses and children under 21 in the process to obtain lawful permanent residence in the United States.

E-2 visas are issued to people who are investing money into a U.S. business they intend to develop and direct. Prospective employees of the venture may also be eligible for an E-2 visa. Our office can help you determine whether the E-2 is the best visa option or whether other employment visas such as an E-1 or L-1 visa may be a better fit.

Transforming investments into opportunities. We assist investors and their families in obtaining green cards through qualified investments.

The process of applying for a work visa is complex, and applicants need to demonstrate that they satisfy the proper criteria for the visa category and sub-category of eligibility. The Bajwa Law Group will work to evaluate a person’s claim and make a case for temporary and permanent employment visas based on their set of skills.  Please call us today at (860) to schedule your consultation.
